NBRACER REGIONAL WORKSHOP
Klimatorium afholder NBRACER workshop om naturbaserede løsninger
Lokation: Klimatorium, Havnen 8, 7620 Lemvig
Klimatorium er stolt partner og regional koordinator i EU’s NBRACER-projekt, der fokuserer på klimatilpasning ved hjælp af naturbaserede løsninger.
Klimatorium afholder NBRACER workshop 1. og 2. maj. 2024 om naturbaserede løsninger.
Workshoppen faciliteres af specialister fra: EU’s Climate KIC, Wageningen University & Research, Aalborg Universitet, samt Klimatorium.
Med denne workshop vil Klimatorium gerne invitere myndigheder, forsyningsselskaber, private virksomheder, videns institutioner og interesseorganisationer til at deltage i debatten og dermed bidrage til udviklingen af naturbaserede løsningers (NBS) anvendelse i klimatilpasningsstrategier samt få indblik i arbejdet med NBS og klimatilpasning på europæisk niveau.
Vigtigt
Udbyttet fra workshoppen vil indgå i NBRACER projektets forsknings- og analysedel, derfor er det relevant at deltagere kan bidrage med viden og indsigt om emnerne, enten via erhvervserfaring eller som interesseorganisation. Vi ønsker ligeledes at deltagere er med til hele programmet.
Dele af workshoppen vil foregå på engelsk, men alle debatter afholdes på dansk.
Det praktiske
Workshoppen, ekskursion og forplejning under workshoppen er gratis. Deltagerne dækker selv udgifter til overnatning, men Klimatorium vil gerne være behjælpelig med at foretage hotelreservationer for at opnå samlerabat.
Der er begrænset antal pladser på workshoppen og de fordeles efter først til mølle-princippet.

- Present an overview of the project’s goals, timeline, and expected outcomes.

- Introduce purpose and objectives of the workshop
14.00 – 17.30 Session 2. Common Understanding the Baseline
14.00 – 14.15 Presentation. Current State of the Region
- Introduce Baseline concept and rotating workshop
14.15 – 14.30 Coffee break
14.30 – 15.30 Group discussion and feedback on the Baseline
- Structured Group discussions lead by facilitator.
- Rotating workshop: 3 working group discussing the baseline report and provide feedback and inputs.
15.30 – 16.00 Overview of findings

- Visiting the region and continue discussing baseline of the region.
- Getting more acquainted with each other

- Short presentation on Climate risks in the region

- Structured Group discussions lead by facilitator and note-taker.
- 3 groups discuss current climate impacts to the region, comment and add to presentation and link current projects to address these climate challenges with possible cons and pros.

12.30 – 15.30 Session 4. Vision the Climate Resilience Journey

- A short presentation how resilience journey look like and how to develop our vision.
12.45 – 13.45 Visioning
- 3 working groups discuss the desired future state of the region linked to the previous discussions.
13.45 – 14.00 Group presentation and plenary discussion
- Each group present their desired vision and receive feedback from other groups.
14.30 – 14.45 Coffee break
14.45 – 15.30 Discussing possible common vision.
- Representative of 3 groups discuss and present the common vision for feedback.
15.30 – 16.15 Session 5. Wrap up and next steps.
15.30 – 16.00 Discussing pathway toward the vision.
- Discuss common themes and priorities, addressing priorities in time and space (esp. regarding NbS and discuss about objectives and targets)
- Discuss interrelations between vision, pathway, systems + NbS. alignment and potential conflicts.
